Ann M. Fallon, 62 of Southington, passed away at home on Friday, September 21, 2012. She was born in Hartford, the daughter of Theodore E. Gwostz and Theresa A. Carpenter. Ann worked at the XL Center as Executive Assistant. Her career spanned 30 years through all of the management changes the venue has had. She was described as the heart and soul of the XL Center. She is survived by her daughter Carolyne M. Fallon of Southington, her mother Theresa A. Carpenter of Mansfield, her brother Theodore E. Gwostz and his wife Lori of Old Orchard Maine, her sister Mary Senerth and her husband Ronald of Hebron, her godmother Ida Deslauriers and her husband Norbert of Hartford, Carolyne's father Gary J. Fallon and his wife Tina-Marie of Deep River, beloved friend Robin Tofil of Newington and many wonderful, beloved nieces, nephews and friends. Ann will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The funeral will be Friday, September 28th at 11:00 am from St. Augustine Church, 10 Campfield Avenue, Hartford, CT. Visiting hours will be Thursday, September 27th at Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Turnpike, Wethersfield, from 5-8 pm.
