Anna (Jarosz) Erwinski 84, of Wethersfield died March 23,2012, with her family by her side. Anna was born July 29,1927 in Radzilow, Poland.
Immigrated to United Sates in 1967 and lived in Hartford, Ct. Anna worked for the State of CT for 25 yrs. a job she was proud of. Working closely with Governor Ella T. Grasso, but sadly retiring in 1996. Leaving her job as well as the close friendship with Governor Ella T. Grasso behind. Then moving to Florida, after 11 yrs. returning back to ct.
She leaves behind four sons: Teddy Jarosz and his wife Teresa of Colchester CT, Stefan Jarosz and his wife Genia of Newington, Stanley Jarosz and his wife Myra of Berlin, Kasey Jarosz and his wife Donna Maria of Maryland. She also leaves nine grand children: Andrew and Alexandra Jarosz, Stanley and Barbara and her husband Mike Leahy, Jessica, Steven and Allison Jarosz, Rachel, Kasia Jarosz. As well as four great-grand children Katie and Jacob Jarosz-Fenn, Tommy and Eva Jarosz-Leahy. She is predeceased by Waclaw Jarosz andWalterErwinski.
The funeral will be Thursday, (March 29) 10:15 a.m. from the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke. Wethersfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St Cyril and Methodius Church, 55 Charter oak Ave, Hartford Ct. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
