Attilio Coco, 77, of Hartford, passed away on July 3, 2018.  Born in Floridia, Italy, he was the son of the late Giovanni and Maria (Tarantello) Coco.  Attilio worked as a mason in construction work and was a union member.  He also was a member of the Italian American Star Club.  Attilio is survived by his sister Angela LaRosa and her husband Dino, of Hartford, his brother Giuseppe Coco of Rocky Hill, his brother Antonio Coco and his sister Tina Iacino, both of Italy.  He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews, especially Carmeto Fichera of Marlborough.  Attilio was predeceased by his parents as well as a brother Salvatore Coco and sister Lucia Cianci.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, July 9, 11 AM,  at St. Augustine's Church, 10 Campfield Ave., Hartford.  Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford.  Calling hours will be from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, prior to the service, at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Turnpike, Wethersfield.  Please visit www.dillonbaxter.com to share a memory with his family.
