Barbara H. Rogers, 97, of Bloomfield, CT beloved wife for 50 years of the late Stillman Rogers, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2025 at home. Barbara was born in Danbury, CT and was the daughter of the late Frank and Mabel (Weed) Howard. Barbara was a life member of the Order of the Eastern Star.  She graduated from Hall High School, West Hartford, and Bay Path Secretarial School.  Prior to starting her family, she worked as a secretary for HELCO. During her years in Wethersfield raising her family she was active in the Trinity Parish Altar Guild and the Green Thumb Garden Club. After moving to Bloomfield, she joined the St. Stephen's Ladies Group.

Barbara is survived by her daughter Elsie Rogers, her daughter Grace Zapor and husband Robert, as well as her grandchildren Dr. Logan Zapor and Lilith Zapor. She was predeceased by her twin sister, Grace Wood.

The funeral service will be held at 11am Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 11am at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke., Wethersfield, CT. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford, immediately following. Relatives and friends may call at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home from 10am prior to the service.
