Cemira Saldaña, 83, widow of Victor Saldaña, of Hartford, CT passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021, while surrounded by her family.

Cemira was born in Lima, Peru in 1937, to the late Ernesto Pinto y Maria Oliveira and lived there until arriving in Hartford, CT in the early 1980's.

She is survived by her daughter, Wilma Pinto Flores, her grandsons Alex Cabal (and husband Dustin Gee) of Marlborough, MA and Arturo Cabal (and wife Jennifer Cabal) of Hartford, CT. She's also survived by four great-grand children, whom she loved with all her heart.

The services to celebrate her life will be held at 12:00pm on Saturday August 7, 2021 at Dillon Baxter Funeral Home 1276 Berlin Tpke, Wethersfield, CT 06109.  Visiting hours will be on Saturday, at the funeral home, from 10:30am - 12:00pm, prior to the service.
