David Alejandro Mendoza Fernandez, 40, of Hartford, CT passed away Monday, October 26, 2026 at Hartford Hospital. David was born in Ecuador and was the son of Orlando and Margarita (Fernandez) Mendoza. David was a wonderful father of 3, brother, nephew, cousin, friend, and so much more. He was humble and showed love to everyone around him. He carried himself with kindness, which is why he had so many friends and could get along with everyone. There were so many things David loved like music, traveling, and of course soccer. David loved his family and friends, but above all else he loved his three children. Their love and their bond was what mattered the most to him.

David is survived by his three children Crystalie Maddeline Mendoza, Jayce Alejandro Mendoza, and Esteban Mendoza and his brother Erick Mendoza.

Funeral service for David will be held Saturday, November 7, 2026 at 11am at St. Augustine Church, 10 Campfield Ave., Hartford. Burial will be private.
