Obituary

Deborah H. Graff, 67, of Wethersfield, beloved wife of the late Steve C. Graff, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 6, 2020 with her family at her bedside after a long battle with MS and dementia. She joins mother Elizabeth, father Edward, and her brother Matthew and all the other loved ones that passed before her. She grew up in Wethersfield where she attended the public schools, graduating from Wethersfield High School in 1970. She loved spending time with her family and especially with her grandchildren. She loved being outdoors. Some of her favorite times were fishing with her husband Steve, going for walks with their dog Baby, and she also loved her "girl's weekends" with family spending time up north visiting with her sister Cathy. She was a long time employee at Allied Printing and then worked at Wethersfield Community Center helping to serve lunch to the senior citizens in town. She was a very loving and caring mother to her three daughters; Christine E. Deschene of East Hartford, Kerri Rosa and her husband Kenneth of Columbia, and Trisha M. Webster and her partner Mathew Flynn of Coventry; stepchildren Steve Graff, Kelly Graff and their families. She also leaves behind a brother James G. Haefs and his wife Patricia of Glastonbury and a sister Catherine E. Haefs and her partner Steven Eggsware of Bennington, VT. Other family members include her eight grandchildren: Elizabeth, Alyssa, and Jordan Brazalovich; Damien Deschene; Zachary and Samantha Rosa; Silas and Ian Flynn; two great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all that knew her, but will live on in our hearts forever. The funeral will be Monday, February 10, 2020, 9:15 am from the Dillon Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpk. Wethersfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 AM at Corpus Christi/Christ the King Parish, 601 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield, CT.
