Edmond D. Foxall, 55, of Wethersfield, beloved husband of Debra (Sottile) Clark Foxall, the love of his life, died, Sunday, June 23, 2013 at Hartford Hospital. He was born in Hartford son of the late Thomas and Madeline (Valentino) Foxall and had lived in Wethersfield all of his life. Prior to his retirement, because of illness, Ed worked as a Master Mechanic for Mike's Auto Center. He was a graduate of Wethersfield High School, Porter & Chester Automotive Institute, Rocky Hill, a member of BPO Elks Glastonbury, a longtime member of Center Church, Hartford and was on the Board of Directors of Camp Asto Wamah at Columbia Lake for several years. He had a passion for auto racing and never said no to fixing anyone's automobile even for free. Besides his wife he is survived by two sons, Christopher Clark of New Britain, and Corey Clark and his wife Anna of Granby, his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joseph and Lucille Sottile of Canton, his brother Thomas Foxall and his wife Phyllis of New Hampshire, his sister, Merrillyn Foxall Garcia and her husband Raymond of Guilford, five grandchildren, Alexis, Christopher, Evan, Sophia and Olivia, several nieces nephews and many friends including Keith Baxter. He was predeceased by a sister, Lois Foxall Guzzman. The funeral will be Wednesday, June 26, 2013, 10 a.m. Officiated by his niece, Rev. Sarah Garcia, at The Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke., Wethersfield. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may call TODAY, 5-8 p.m. at The Dillon-Baxter Funeral home.
