Elaine (Lattanzio) Bonfiglio, 74, of Wethersfield, beloved wife of the late Mario G. Bonfiglio, passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 10, at her home, surrounded by her family.  Elaine was a beautiful person in every way. Born in Harford, Ct, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Delarina (Palmieri) Lattanzio.  Elaine was employed for 27 years as the Insurance Specialist for the Hartford Public Schools. Above all else, Elaine loved her family. She is survived by her 4 children and their spouses, her daughter Kim Turgeon and her husband Bob; her sons James Bonfiglio and his wife Michelle (Coffey); John Bonfiglio and his wife Jennifer (Joiner); and Albert Bonfiglio and his wife Lauren (McLean).In addition, she leaves 10 grandchildren, Brittany Caporiccio and her husband Adam; Andrew Turgeon;  Christopher, Samantha, Zachary, Jessica, Emily, Bella, Justin and Kayla  Bonfiglio. She also leaves many devoted cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Elaine is survived by 2 sisters Frances Orschel and Marie Gardner. She was predeceased by her sister Barbara Matulis. Elaine loved to attend her grandchildren's sporting events and all get-togethers involving family and friends. She will be dearly missed.
Funeral Services and burial are private at the request of Elaine. There will be no calling hours.
