Elizabeth (Lynch) Dolin, 80, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away on December 7, 2014, with her children by her side. Born in Hartford, CT, Elizabeth lived most of her life in Wethersfield and Newington. She was the daughter of Rose Carr Lynch and John Lynch. Elizabeth was predeceased by her loving son, John Lynch Dolin and Peter F. Dolin, Sr., father of her seven children. She will be eternally missed by her children: Peter F. Dolin, Jr., Stephen M. Dolin, Kevin J. Dolin, Maureen A. Dolin, Sarah D. Urbina and her husband Bernard as well as Rosemary D. Meskill and her husband William. Elizabeth also leaves her adoring grandchildren, John-Vito Dolin, Rebecca Baronowski, Mikayla Toce, Ethan Meskill, Maddy Meskill, Jenna Toce, Garrett Dolin, Connor Dolin, Bernard Urbina, Jr., Mary Jo Kovatch and Jordan Urbina. She also leaves many nieces and nephews. Elizabeth was a graduate of Mount Saint Joseph Academy, class of 1952. She worked at Honeywell, Inc., the Bank of Hartford, for Services for the Blind, a division within the State of Connecticut as well as a founding member of Dolin Limousine Company. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends as well as time at Pine Grove in Niantic. She will be greatly missed for her sense of humor during challenging times and gentle words of wisdom. The Dolin Family would like to thank the Emergency Room Staff at St. Francis Hospital for their care and compassion. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, December 12, 2014 at 10:00am, at St. Augustine Church, 10 Campfield Ave., Hartford. Elizabeth's family asks that everyone meet directly at the church. Burial will follow in West Meadow Cemetery, Newington. Friends may call Thursday, December 11th, 4-7 pm at Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke., Wethersfield.
