Elvin J. Perez, 49, of Chicopee, MA, beloved husband of Yolanda Rodriguez, passed away on Monday, October 14, 2019.  He was born in New York, NY, son of Alejandrina Vega of Puerto Rico and the late Plutarco Perez. Elvin loved to cook and was a chef for 15 years recently working at Denny's. He also loved football and was a big Patriot's fan.

Besides his wife, Elvin leaves behind his two sons, Elvin D. Perez and Kelvin J. Perez and his daughter Stephanie Perez, all of Newington.  He is also survived by his two grandchildren Kelvin J. Perez Jr., and Noah A. Perez of Newington, his brother Hector Samuel of Florida, his sister Liz B. Perez of Hartford, his two half-sisters Frances A. Perez and Wynoshka Perez both of Puerto Rico, his nephew Anthony A. Rodriguez and his niece Taylor Maldonado. He will be missed tremendously by all his family and friends.
