MANLEY, Frances M. (Pawlicki) Frances M. (Pawlicki) Manley, 92, of Hartford, widow of Robert M. Manley, died Thursday, (September 11, 2008) at Ellis Manor. She was born in Terryville, daughter of the late Stanley and Mary (Malinski) Pawlicki and had lived in Hartford for many years. Frances enjoyed bicycling in Hartford and Wethersfield and her visits to the beach. She is survived by a brother, Henry Pawlicki of San Diego, CA; a nephew, Roger R. Stevens of South Windsor, and a niece Ellen Brannigan of Seal Beach, CA and several grand nieces, grand nephews and several friends among them, Alice Sargis. She was predeceased by three sisters, Lottie Stevens, Josephine Pawlicki and Jean Newman. The funeral will be Monday, September 15, 10 a.m. at The Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke., Wethersfield. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Monday, prior to the funeral, 8:30-10 a.m. at the funeral home. Contributions in her memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
