Gail M. (Findley) Rall, 64, of East Hartford, beloved wife of Ronald S. Rall for 44 years died Friday August 2, 2013. She was born in Norwich, daughter of the late William T. Findley, Sr., and Catherine (Gionet) Findley. Gail lived in East Hartford for 15 years, and previously lived in Glastonbury for 30 years. She worked as a sales clerk for several companies and more recently Kohl's Department Store. She attended Norwich Free Academy and was very charitable, giving to many organizations. She loved to spoil her grandchildren and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She loved cooking and feeding all the wilderness animals. She enjoyed being by the sea shore with her family. Besides her husband, she is survived by a son Michael T. Rall and his wife Susan of Lebanon, a daughter, Tracy A. Chasse and her husband Paul of Colchester, five grandchildren, Catherine, Paul, Michael, Kaitlyn and Kristina, a brother William T. Findley, Jr. and his wife Clorine of Lowville, NY and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be Tuesday, August 6, 2013, 7 p.m. at The Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke. Wethersfield. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may call Tuesday, 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
