Gloria Lynn (Gimmartino) Pereira, 45, of Hartford, died unexpectedly Wednesday, August 12, 2015. She was born in Hartford, daughter of Gloria (David) Gimmartino of West Hartford and the late Joseph G. Gimmartino. Gloria had lived in Hartford and for a short while in Tampa, FL. She loved her family.

Besides her mother she leaves her dearly beloved daughter Amanda L. Pereira of New Britain, a son Kaeden N. Rizzo and his father Nicholas Rizzo of Wethersfield; two brothers Joseph G. Gimmartino and his wife Annie of Vernon, and Louis A. Gimmartino of South Windsor; two sisters Gilda L. Gimmartino of West Hartford, and Victoria L. Richard of Newington; two grandchildren Janiah and Jersey Pereira, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son Justin E. Pereira and a brother Victor J. Gimmartino.

The funeral will be Tuesday, August 25, 2015 6:00pm at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke., Wethersfield. Burial will be private.
