Grace (Bliss) LeFebvre, 90, of Wethersfield, died, Sunday, March 25, 2012. She was born in Hartford, daughter of the late, Henry E. Bliss, and Esther (McCarthy) Bliss and had lived in Wethersfield for over 25 years. Prior to her retirement, in 1989, Grace worked as a secretary to the director of the Human Resources Audit Division for the State of CT. She was interested in Art and took several Art History courses at Trinity College and various community colleges. After retiring she volunteered for the Wethersfield Historical Society and the Literacy Volunteers of CT and was a communicant of Corpus Christi Church. She leaves her daughter Michele L. Cosgrove of Bolton, her two beautiful granddaughters, Darlene and Melissa, her special grand son-in-law, Daniel, and her precious great granddaughter, Jessica, her brother, Henry E. Bliss, Jr. and his wife Janice of Florida, a sister, Loretta M. Dickinson of Iowa and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Rita Bliss. In addition to her family and friends she leaves here, waiting in heaven are lifelong friends, Annabelle, Mary, and Louise, waiting with open arms. The funeral will be Friday, March 30, 2012, 10:30 a.m. from The Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke. Wethersfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 11 a.m. in Corpus Christi Church, 601 Silas Deane Hwy. Wethersfield. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
