Helen F. Bergeron, 90, formerly of Hartford, beloved wife of the late Eugene F. Bergeron, died Monday, February 21, 2011. She was born in Hartford, daughter of the late Patrick J. and Catherine F. (Cornyn) Sullivan. Helen was and Executive Secretary for the American Legion, Rocky Hill for more than 30 years. She was a former communicant of St. Peter's Church, Hartford. She is survived by two sons, John F. Bergeron, Sr. and his wife Rose of Ashford and Michael E. Bergeron of Hartford, three grandchildren, Tammy Breard and her husband Jason, John F. Bergeron, Jr. and his wife Karin and Michel Bergeron, and four great grandchildren Sydney, Noah, Kaitlyn and Gianna. She was predeceased by two brothers, Patrick and John Sullivan and a sister, Catherine Sullivan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, Saturday, February 26th, 10 a.m. in St. Philip the Apostle Church, 64 Pompey Hollow Rd. Ashford. Burial will be in St. Philip's Cemetery, Ashford.
