Jean F. Lewandowski was born on November 11, 1954. Jean passed into eternal life unexpectedly on Monday, September 24, 2018.
Jean received her education at the Batchelder School and Bulkeley High School in Hartford. She was proficient in computational math and later worked in the pension department at Travelers, where she earned several awards for her service. After that company downsized in 1994, she worked various secretarial jobs in accounting, law and rental property offices. These jobs were followed by several more years of pension work. At the time of this writing, Jean was a pensioner and was semi-retired.
Jean had a good sense of humor, was a good worker and a loyal friend. In her spare time she enjoyed working on puzzle books, reading magazines and watching television. She enjoyed a variety of music and was especially fond of the Doo Wop songs of the 1950's and early 1960's.

Jean leaves a brother, Robert Lewandowski of Hartford, a nephew, Stanley Lewandowski of Medina, Ohio, and her soulmate in life, Ted Maliszewski. Jean and Ted shared a life together for over twenty-five years. She was predeceased by her father Stanley, her mother Stasia and her brother Stanley Jr.
