Joaquin Delgado 85, of Hartford, CT passed away Friday, June 2, 2023 at home surrounded by family. Joaquin was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico and was the son of the late Lopez Delgado and Dominga Cepero.

Joaquin is survived by his son Felix Mena, his sister Elena Delgado, his daughter-in-law Joana Roche, his grandchildren Christian Mena, Alex Mena, his aunt Guillermina Vargas, his niece Elena Vazquez and his nephew Gabriel Vazquez. Joaquin was predeceased by his nephew Benicio Vasquez.

Funeral service for Joaquin will be held Saturday, June 10, 2023 at 12 p.m. at St. Lawrence O'Toole/Maria Reina De La Paz Parish, 494 New Britain Ave., Hartford, CT.
