Linda E. (Kitch) Forand, 71, of Wethersfield, beloved wife of John L. Forand for 50 years , died, Thursday, June 30, 2011 at Hartford Hospital. She was born in Syracuse, NY daughter of the late L.E. and Florence (Neff) Kitch and had lived in Wethersfield for over 45 years. Linda was a graduate of La Salle Jr. College class of 1959, an avid gardener, an animal lover and enjoyed cooking. Besides her husband she is survived by her daughter, Deborah L. Bieg and her husband David of Marietta, GA, two granddaughters, Annaliese and Marissa Bieg, a brother Kendall Kitch of New York. Visiting hours will be Wednesday, July 6th 6-8 p.m. at The Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke. Wethersfield, burial will be private.
