Luiza P. Frazao, beloved widow of Joao Frazao, died Sunday, January 22, 2017. She was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil and had lived in Portugal before immigrating to the U.S. in 1957. Prior her retirement Luiza worked for CT Mutual Mass Insurance Co for 23 years. She was a longtime communicant Our Lady of Fatima Church and a member of Parkville Senior Center. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Manuel and Rosanna Frazao of Palm Coast, FL, three grandchildren, George (Alicia) Frazao, Janet (Frank) Conaci, and Diana Frazao and her fiancée, Rob Christenson, and her great-grandson Domonic Conaci. Besides her husband, Luiza was predeceased by her brother Joao Paixao, her sister Maria Luiza Paixao, and her daughter Natalia Frazao. The funeral will be Tuesday, January 24, 2017, 9:30 am from the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke. Wethersfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 10 :00 am in Our Lady of Fatima Church, Fatima Square, Hartford. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford. Visiting hours will be Tuesday, 8:00 am till 9:30 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may in Luiza's memory may be made to the donor's choice.
