Margaret "Meg" (Ethier) Gorski, 88, of Hartford, widow of Frank J. Gorski, died, Monday, July 23, 2012. She was born in Hartford daughter of the late Albert and Jennie (Brisebois) Ethier and was a lifelong resident. Meg was a former G. Fox & Co. employee. She was a longtime communicant of St. Augustine Church. An avid Bingo player, knitter and crocheter. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, her family meant everything to her. She is survived by two sons, Raymond J. Gorski and his wife Virginia of Wethersfield, and Steven J. Gorski and his wife Dorcas of Newington, seven grandchildren, Jessica, Kristina, Amanda, Jason, Samantha and Marc Gorski, and Alyse Gitlin and very close friend, Claire Acquaotta of Windsor Locks. She was predeceased by her daughter, Gloria J. Gitlin. The funeral will be Thursday, July 26, 2012, 9:15 a.m. from The Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke. Wethersfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 a.m. in St. Augustine Church, 10 Campfield Ave. Hartford. Burial will be in Rose Hill Memorial Park.
