Margarita Nunez Aviles, 78, of Hartford, CT, beloved wife of Angel Gonzalez passed away Thursday, March 19, 2026 at home. Margarita was born in Aibonito, PR and was the daughter of the late Juan and Maria (Aviles) Nunez.

Besides her husband Angel, Margarita is survived by her two daughters Sonia Gonzalez and Margie Gonzalez and her four sons Luis (Nandi) Gonzalez, Alberto (Flico) González, Angel David Gonzalez and Orlando Gonzalez.

Funeral service for Margarita will be held Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 12pm at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke., Wethersfield, CT. Burial will be in Puerto Rico.
