Marguerite Irene (St. Pierre) Cote, 93, widow of Joseph C. Cote, died Friday, October 31, 2014. She was born in Lowell, MA daughter of the late Dieudonne and Marie (Lorrain) St. Pierre and had lived in Wethersfield for over 50 years. Prior to her retirement, Marguerite worked for Newington Children's Hospital, The Institute of Living and The State Dept. of Health. She was a former communicant of Corpus Christi Church and a member of the Woman's Club of the Church. She was a former Girl Scout Leader. She is survived by two daughters, Jean C. Williams and her husband Donald and Anne M. Skarbek and her husband Thomas all of Wethersfield, two grandchildren whom she adored, Amy Strickland and her husband Christian and Rebecca Roberts and her husband Brian and 4 great grand sons and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers and a sister. The funeral will be Thursday, November 6, 2014, 10 a.m. at The Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpk. Wethersfield with the Rev. Shawn T. Daly officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill.
