Mary Ann Apostle, age 100, of Rocky Hill, CT, passed away peacefully on Wednesday June 23, 2021.  Born in Hartford, CT, she was the daughter of the late James Apostle and Mabel Kalos.

Mary Ann was a long time member of St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Hartford and of the Wethersfield Country Club.  She was an avid baker and loved to travel.

Mary Ann will be forever missed by her cousins Irene Skevas of Hartford, Constantinos Skevas and wife Lori of Wethersfield,  Eleni Skevas and long time partner Michael Wright of Roseville, MN, Maria Karapanos and husband Panagiotis of Sudbury, MA, and very dear friend George Emmanuel, as well as many other dear friends.

Aside from her loving parents, she was predeceased by her brother J. Peter Apostle.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at 11:00am at St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 433 Fairfield Ave, Hartford with the Reverend Dr. George Zugravu officiating.  Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 453 Fairfield Ave, Hartford.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary Ann's memory may be made to the Connecticut Humane Society, 701 Russell Rd, Newington, CT 06111.
