Mary P. (Chiaradia) Eddy, 95, of Newington, wife of the late Colonel Milton A. Eddy, died Sunday, December 15, 2013. She was born in Hartford daughter of the late Michael and Theresa Chiaradia. Mary had lived in Newington for over 20 years and previously Florida for 20 years. She was an avid cook and enjoyed her Florida winters and was a communicant of Holy Spirit Church. She is survived by four grandchildren, William and Pamela DiCicco of Bristol, John and Cheryl DiCicco of TN, Joseph and Honor DiCicco of Glastonbury and Nicole and Joel Torielli of NJ and 10 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter, Karen A. DiCicco, three brothers and two sisters. The funeral will be Thursday, December 19th, 10:30 a.m. from the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke. Wethersfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 11 a.m. in Holy Spirit Church, 183 Church St. Newington. Burial will follow in West Meadow Cemetery, Newington.
