Maxine M. Sumpter, 67, of Hartford, CT passed away Monday, February 20, 2023 at home. Maxine was born in New York, NY and was the daughter of the late Louie and Elizabeth (Miles) Kemp.

Maxine is survived by her brothers and sisters Diane, Rosalind, Calvin, and Kevin. Her children Reggie Renee Reasha Andre Angela Lil Reasha and Shanice and host of grandchildren.
