Mei Kiu Chow-Kwan, age 79, of West Hartford, passed away on July 3, 2015 surrounded by her loved ones. Mei is survived by her husband Mei-Keung; her three sons, Ping-Cheong Szeto and his wife Hang-Ching Chu-Szeto, Ping-Hang Szeto and his wife Yue-Gui Szeto, and Samuel Ping Szeto and his wife Ivy Eng-Szeto; her daughters Shui-Chun Chung and her husband Christopher Chung, Shui-Ping Chan and her husband Sui-Lueng Chan; her grandchildren, Jenny Chung, David Chung, Ka-Man Szeto, Michelle Szeto, William Chan, Joanna Szeto, Mandy Szeto, and Samantha Szeto; her great-grandchild Jasmine Seam. Friends and family may pay their respects to the family on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 from 5-8pm at Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke., Wethersfield. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 8, 11am at Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home.
