Monica T. Klapatch, 97, Spiritual Counselor, Everyone's Mom, Everyone's Grandma, Everyone's Best Friend, was reunited with her loving husband John when she passed peacefully at home in the presence of Angels on April 17, 2019. She was a business owner/Manager and Nurses Aid. She was a graduate of Weaver High School. Her tender heart, infectious smile and beneficial prayers touched everyone she met. At the age of 15, she was already caring and providing for her mother and 3 siblings after her dad passed. Some of her most enjoyable years were spent caring for and playing with her 5 grandchildren on a daily basis.

She is survived by 3 sons, David Klapatch (Maria) North Kingston, RI, Robert Klapatch (Dijana) Florida, Paul Klapatch (Lydia Bennett) Amherst, NH, a daughter Christine Kidder (Kenneth) Granby, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren She was predeceased by a daughter Rosemary Klapatch and husband John Jones, a brother, Bartholomew Kasper (Dorothy) 2 Sisters Veronica Karas (Joseph) and Anastasia Tichy (Joseph).

The funeral will be Tuesday, April 23, 2019, 9:15 AM from the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke Wethersfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM in St Augustine Church, 10 Campfield Ave. Hartford, burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
