Neftali Rivera, son of Virginia Rivera and the late Angel M. Rivera Sr., passed away unexpectedly on June 14, 2021.  Neftali was born in Salinas, Puerto Rico and moved to CT at a very young age.  He was a man of few words with a big loving heart to all who knew him.  Neftali was best known as Killer to all family and friends.  He had a passion for art, drawing, was very humorous and loved a good joke.

Neftali is predecessed by his father Angel M. Rivera Sr. and his grandparents Gregorio and Engracia Garcia.  He is mourned by his mother Virginia Rivera, and siblings; Angel M. Rivera Jr., Maria E. Rivera, Nilsa & Angel Torres, Angel L. Rivera, Lushen A. Rivera, and Rene Rivera.  He is also mourned by Tomas Perez who raised him his entire life as well many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
