Nitza Gonzalez, of Hartford,  passed away at the young age of 62 on May 26, 2019.  She was born in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, daughter of the late Felix and Anastasia (Torres) Gonzalez.

She leaves behind one daughter Lisaura Cordero and partner Anthony Velez and her children Jessenia, Daniel, Ismeal, Samuel, Brian. Nitza also leaves behind three sons. Oldest Carlos Cordero, his partner Daisey their son Charlie, Carlos Jr. and Samantha from former partner Carolina Garcia.  Nitza's middle son Hector Jimenez Jr. his partner Princess; his son Eries and son Hector III and daughter Tiana from former partner Anne Arnott.  Nitza's youngest son Ramon Jimenez and his wife Jamie and their son Anthony Jimenez.  Nitza is survived by her husband Hector Jimenez Sr. from the Dominican Republic. And cousins Cuco and wife Nancy Gonzalez and aunt Lydia Gonzalez.  Nitza also leaves behind 8 great-grandchildren, Jenialeez, Jevialis, Zolyannalyz, Zeydan, Xavier, Jude, Heaven, Giovanni.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 1, 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Church, 53 Capitol Ave, Hartford.  Burial will follow in Mt.
