GARCIA, Norma L. Norma L. Garcia, 57, of Hartford, died Monday, (March 1, 2010) at the home of her daughter Michelle in Wethersfield. She was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, daughter of the late Virginia Vasquez and Esteban Garcia and had lived in Hartford for over 45 years. Norma was a Child Care Provider for several years. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Jose Rios of Wethersfield; two sons, William Rivera and his wife, Leslie, of Manchester, and Michael Vasquez and his fiancée, Marilyn Torres, of Hartford; her husband Jose Morales of Hartford; ten grandchildren, Billy, Jr., Brianna, Arianna, Arielle, Jeremaih, Makayla, Isaac, Ymani, Dejahli and Kylee; three sisters, Maria Garcia and Neraida Vasquez, both of Hartford, and Ada O'Brien and her husband, William, of Columbia. She was predeceased by three brothers, Luis, Hector and Ramon. The family would like to thank everyone for all their support and help. The funeral will be Friday, March 5, 2010, 9:15 a.m., from The Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke., Wethersfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 10 a.m., in St. Augustine Church, 10 Campfield Ave., Hartford. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford.
