Olga Jimenez, 58, of Manchester CT suddenly passed away at home on Saturday March 2, 2019. Born on September 10, 1960 in Hartford CT, daughter of the late Ana Gonzalez and Modesto Guivas. Olga graduated from Hartford High School, class of 1978 and had recently retired from the State of CT-DPH where she was a well-respected and hardworking employee for 20+ years. She also enjoyed working for Homewatch Caregivers as a caretaker.

She loved to dance, listen to music and spend time with her cat, family and friends.

Olga is survived by her two daughters Franchesca Jusino of Hartford, CT and Marilyn Scott of Avon, CT, five grandchildren Grant, Peter Jr., Malik, Angelica and D'Asia in which she adored very much.

She was a very loving, cheerful, kind and vivacious person who brought so much joy and happiness to many lives including her predeceased siblings: Dalia Crespo, Jose Otero, her brothers and sisters: Luis Otero, Josefina Otero, Virginia Otero-Lopez, Ana Laureano, Lucy Lopez, Modesto Guivas Jr. and a host of nieces, nephews and close friends.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, March 5, from 5:00-8:00 PM at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke., Wethersfield, CT 06109.
