Olivia C. Ferreira, 92, of Rocky Hill, CT, beloved wife of the late Francisco Ferreira passed away Friday, February 23, 2024, at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Cromwell. Olivia was born in Serra de Santo António, Portugal and was the daughter of the late Jose Luis and Isidoria Tereso. She was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. Olivia loved spending time with her children and doted on her three grandchildren whom she loved deeply. She loved to tend her garden and was skilled at crochet, making many beautiful blankets for family and friends. She lived for her family and gave us all so much. She leaves behind a wonderful legacy of love and devotion.

Olivia is survived by her three sons, Jose Luis Ferreira of Wethersfield, Mario Ferreira and his wife Linda of Wethersfield, and Neil Ferreira and his wife Antonietta of Rocky Hill; three dear grandchildren, Mark, Joseph and Olivia; four nieces and six nephews.

Funeral service for Olivia will be held Thursday, February 29, 2024 at St. Josephine Bakhita Parish – St. James Church, 767 Elm Street, Rocky Hill, CT, at 11:00am. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford. Relatives and friends may call at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke., Wethersfield, CT Thursday from 9am to 10:30am.
