Pasquale A. "Patsy" Tiberio, 81, loving husband, father, grandfather and friend passed away surrounded by his family Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at St. Francis Hospital. He was born in Sepino, Italy and had lived in Hartford for over 50 years. He was the beloved husband for over 50 years to Concetta Tiberio. Besides his wife he is survived by four daughters, Sina and Michael, Angie and Don, Connie and Mike and Patty, a brother and a sister, 5 grandchildren Melissa and Michelle, Brett and Dan, and Lauren, a great grandchild, Benjamin. Patsy was a member of the CT Laborers Union for many years. After his retirement, he did many home improvement projects where he also became a friend to his clients.
