Phyliss O'Doherty, 91, of Wethersfield, CT, formerly of Woburn, MA died peacefully Wednesday, March 8, 2023. She was the beloved daughter of the late James and Lillian (Spencer) O'Doherty. Phyliss was employed by Aetna Insurance Company for many years in Hartford, CT. She was a supervisor in her department and wrote a specialized auto manual for Aetna, for which she was very proud of. Phyliss sang in the choir at St. Lukes Church in Hartford, CT until they closed, then she became a member of Corpus Christi Church in Wethersfield, CT. Her hobbies included playing bingo at the Wethersfield Senior Center and playing poker every Friday with her girlfriends "The Card Players" Phyliss will sadly be missed by everyone who knew her.

Phyliss is survived by many loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Charles O'Doherty, sisters Mary Lou Monks and Ruth Doherty.

Visiting hours will be held Sunday, March 12, 2023 from 2p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke., Wethersfield, CT. A Funeral Mass will be held Monday, March 13, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Charles Church, 280 Main St., Woburn, MA. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Winchester, MA.
