Ramona Clavijo Garcia 93 of Hartford passed away Saturday August 28, 2021, at Hartford Hospital. She was born in Cidra, Puerto Rico, daughter of the late Conception Clavijo and Josefa Garcia, and had lived in Hartford, CT for many years.

Ramona leaves her 2 sons; Benjamin Gonzalez of Hebron and Humberto Gonzalez of Hartford, .  Her 3 daughters; Margarita Pereira of Middletown, NY, Carmen Cruz of Hartford and Socorro Gonzalez of Wethersfield.  She also leaves her sister, Juana Serrano of Hartford, CT. 10 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Ramona was predeceased by a grandson, Sergio Pereira, Jr. a brother, Alberto Clavijo and a sister, Teresa Clavijo.

Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at the Dillon Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpk. Wethersfield, CT from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. A prayer service will follow at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford.
