DEVINE, Rose M. Rose M. "Tootsie" Devine, 91, widow of William J. Devine, Jr. died, Tuesday (August 10, 2010). She was born in Danbury, daughter of the late Gaetona and Marie Pasquence and had lived in Wethersfield for over 50 years. Prior to her retirement, Rose worked for C.B.T. Bank for several years. She formerly operated the Devine Card and Novelty shop and was a longtime communicant of Incarnation Church. She is survived by her son, William J. Devine, III and his wife Janet of West Hartford, several nieces, nephews and cousins. The funeral will be Saturday, August 14, 12 p.m. (Noon) at The Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke.
