Salvatore Serrantino, 86, of Hartford, beloved husband of Carmela (Mudano) Serrantino, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at Hartford Hospital. He was born in Floridia, province of Siracusa, Sicily, February 13, 1934, son of the late Carmelo and Gaetana (Burgo) Serrantino, and had lived in Hartford for many years. Besides his wife Carmela, Sal is survived by his 3 sons; Carmelo Serrantino and his wife Anita, of Wolcott, Emanuel Serrantino and his wife Susan, of East Haven, and Fabio Serrantino of Hartford. He also leaves his sister-in-law, Vincenza Serrantino, 5 grandchildren; Jessica, Anthony, Tiffany, Rosina, and Shannon. He also leaves 5 great grandchildren and was predeceased by a brother, Giuseppe Serrantino. The funeral service and burial will be private.
