Santiaga Rivera, 82, of Hartford, CT passed away Saturday, June 24, 2023 at Parkville Care Center. Santiaga was born in Cidra, P.R. and was the daughter of the late Francisco Rivera and Margara Gonzalez.

Santiaga is survived by her son Domingo Franco of Hartford, CT, grandson Obed Franco, and two great grandchildren, her three brothers, Jose Ramon, Justo Antonio, Ismael and her sister, Josefina Rivera.
