Sergio Fuentes, 28, of  Hartford, CT passed away Thursday, January 5, 2023. Sergio was born in Cleveland, OH and was the son of Sergio and Maria (De'Leon) Fuentes. Sergio was the life of the party, he can light up the room with his beautiful smile and energy. He was dedicated to provide a beautiful life for his family and he did just that. Sergio was a person full of light , love, and with the purest heart. As his daughters would say he gave the best bear hugs . Respect , honor , loyalty is what he lived by, may your memory live on as great as you were for forever and a day.

Sergio is survived by his life partner Javelisse and two daughters Nyalisse and Melody Fuentes, his siblings Naomi Alicea,  Argenis De'Leon,  Johany Fuentes and Aithana Fuentes. Sergio was predeceased by his brother Miguel Alicea.

Funeral service for Sergio will be held Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke., Wethersfield, CT. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford.
