Sheila K. Beeson, 76, of Wethersfield, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2015, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Hartford, daughter of the late John and Julia (O'Connor) Kelly. She worked as a paraprofessional for special needs students in the Wethersfield School system. After retirement, she volunteered at various Wethersfield schools. She was a communicant and member of the Mother's Circle at Corpus Christi Church in Wethersfield. She was the wife of William L. Beeson for 50 years. Besides her husband William, she is survived by two sons, Christopher Beeson and wife Mary of Wethersfield, David Beeson and wife Zaira, and her grandson Justin of New Jersey; one sister Mary Pat Campanello and husband John of Wethersfield; and one brother Francis Kelly of Hartford. Sheila was predeceased by her brother Dennis Kelly. Sheila loved to cook and bake, especially for her grandson, as well as spend time with friends, and going on vacation with her family. The funeral will be Wednesday, September 30, 9:15 AM from the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home 1276 Berlin Tpke., Wethersfield followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Corpus Christi Church, 601 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford. Calling hours will be held Tuesday September 29th, 5-8 PM at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home.
