Susan C. Bottomley, of Wethersfield, beloved wife of Mark R. Bottomley for 46 years, died Saturday, December 26, 2015, at Hartford Hospital. She was born in Hartford daughter of the late Arthur and Olga (Casarella) Crisulias and had lived in Wethersfield for 38 years. Susan was a secretary with the Hartford Board of Education for 25 years and the Newington Board of Education for 13 years prior to her retirement in 2013. She was a communicant of Corpus Christi Church and a member of the Young Italian American Club. Besides her husband Mark she is survived by two daughters, Arline M. Bottomley of Newport, RI and Jennifer L Bottomley of Wethersfield, three grandchildren, Alexis, and Charlotte Davis and Mckenzie Lema and her sister Patricia Demma and her husband Roger of Rocky Hill, two nieces Karen Howard and Jean Pulino and many friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, December 30, 2015, 11:00 am in Corpus Christi Church, 601 Silas Deane Hwy. Wethersfield. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford. Friends may call Wednesday prior to church, from 8:30 to 10:30 am at the Dillon Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke. Wethersfield.
