It is with great sadness that the family of Thoma Koruni announce his passing on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. Thoma was born in Korce, Albania, the son of Kola and Theodhora Koruni. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 43 years, Nikoleta (Petro) Koruni, one daughter Anila Bellovoda and her husband, Johan; two sons, Nikolin Koruni and his wife, Odeta, Dorian Koruni and his wife, Fotiona.
He was blessed with five grandchildren. He also leaves behind a brother, Kristaq Koruni and his wife, Vjollca, with their two sons and families.
Thoma worked in the electrical field in Albania for 25 years before migrating to the United States in 1998. He retired at the age of 67 after 20 years of service at Hartford Healthcare.
