Tod Xavier Meade, 60, of East Windsor, left us suddenly but peacefully on December 4, 2011. A loving father and brother he leaves behind his daughter Heather Meade, sisters, Patricia Meade, Katie Meade, brothers, Matt, David, Michael and Chris Meade, along with many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be Saturday, December 10, 2011, 1-3 p.m. at The Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke. Wethersfield. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
