Tomas Trinidad, 84, of New London, beloved husband of Rosalina (Ayala) Trinidad, passed away Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. He was born in Cidra, Puerto Rico, son of the late Fransisco Trinidad and Maria Esther Trinidad.

In his early years he served his country in the United States Army.   He spent most of his time  living with his wife in their home in Puerto Rico were they children were born and raised. Tomas enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren, attending church services, eating ice cream with his beloved wife and enjoying the outdoors.

Tomas and his beloved wife Rosalina shared nine children, twenty-three grandchildren, twenty-nine great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, January 13, 2022, 12 Noon at the Dillon Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke. Wethersfield, CT 06109. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield. Visiting hours will be held Thursday before the prayer service, from 9 am to 12 pm at the funeral home.
